Toll Design. 3.1 The following Toll Design changes will be implemented effective January 1, 2011 and shall continue beyond the Term: (a) Elimination of the toll zones currently used for the tolling of long-haul domestic deliveries. Tolls for long-haul domestic deliveries will reflect the distance to the load centre of individual distributor delivery areas (“DDA”). (b) Changes to the cost allocation method of various cost components of the Revenue Requirement, as detailed in the table below. All costs will be allocated to fixed- energy and fixed transmission using one of the following three allocation methods: i) Ratio of energy (metering) vs. energy-distance (transmission) rate base (“Ratio of rate base”); ii) 50% Energy, 50% Energy-Distance; and
Toll Design. Westcoast’s tolls in Zones 3 and 4 will be calculated in accordance with the toll design approved by the Board for Zones 3 and 4, including the changes approved by the Board in its RHW-1-2005 Reasons for Decision. Westcoast or any Stakeholder may make any toll design proposals for consideration by the TTTF or make toll design applications to the Board for changes in the toll design to become effective during the term of this Agreement. Westcoast will not offer short-term firm service in Zone 3 or Zone 4 during the term of this Agreement unless such proposals are discussed and voted on by the TTTF and for which the vote result is unanimous or unopposed. For each of 2011, 2012 and 2013, all revenue collected by Westcoast from interruptible and short-term firm service in Zone 3 will be for the account of shippers in Zone 3. For each of 2011, 2012 and 2013, all revenue collected by Westcoast from interruptible and short-term firm service in Zone 4 will be for the account of shippers in Zone 4.

Westcoast or any Stakeholder may make any toll design proposals for consideration by the TTTF or make toll design applications to the CER for changes in the toll design to become effective during the term of this Agreement. Westcoast will not offer short term firm service in Zone 3 or Zone 4 during the term of this Agreement unless such proposals are discussed and voted on by the TTTF and for which the vote result is unanimous or unopposed. Westcoast will, subject to the availability of capacity, offer short term firm service in Zone 3 or Zone 4 during the term of this Agreement if such proposals are discussed and voted on by the TTTF and for which the vote result is unanimous or unopposed. Westcoast or any of the Stakeholders may apply to the CER for Westcoast to offer short term firm service for which the TTTF vote result is not unanimous or unopposed, and Westcoast or any of the Stakeholders may oppose or support such applications to the CER. For each of 2020 and 2021, all revenue collected by Westcoast from IT, AOS and short term firm service in Zone 3 will be for the account of shippers in Zone 3. For each of 2020 and 2021, all revenue collected by Westcoast from IT, AOS and short term firm service in Zone 4 will be for the account of shippers in Zone 4.

  • Final Design Provide OWNER with proposed final construction drawings and detailed opinions of probable total Project construction costs in writing for OWNER' s review, prior to completion of the final Contract Documents, so that any changes that may be necessary in accordance with Project' s budgetary schedule can be made prior to bid.

  • Plan Design The flexible benefits plan is a cafeteria-style benefits program wherein the County makes a contribution toward the Flexible Benefits Plan for each eligible employee to be allocated during the employee's active employment. The County contribution is distributed by the employee among the menu of benefit options listed below, the specific details and administration of which are set forth in the plan brochures: • Health insurance • County basic life and AD&D insurance • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • Supplemental life insurance • Supplemental accidental death and dismemberment insurance (AD&D) • Flexible spending accounts for pre-tax reimbursement of qualified medical and/or dependent day care expenses. Account credits must be used during the plan year in which they are earned for expenses incurred during the same plan year. • The plan may be modified upon written notice by the County. This plan includes for eligible employees pre-tax contributions for all monies paid toward health, dental, vision and/or voluntary AD&D plans.

  • ROADWAY DESIGN MISCELLANEOUS (ROADWAY)

  • Study Design This includes a discussion of the evaluation design employed including research questions and hypotheses; type of study design; impacted populations and stakeholders; data sources; and data collection; analysis techniques, including controls or adjustments for differences in comparison groups, controls for other interventions in the State and any sensitivity analyses, and limitations of the study.

  • Schematic Design See Section 2, Part 1, Article 2.1.4, Paragraph 2.1.4.2.

  • No Process or Design Changes Supplier shall not make any process or design changes affecting Products or Services without DXC’s prior written consent.

  • CUTTING AND PATCHING OF WORK 4.14.1 The Contractor shall be responsible for all cutting, fitting or patching that may be required to complete the Work or to make its several parts fit together properly. 4.14.2 The Contractor shall not damage or endanger any portion of the Work or the work of the State or any separate contractors by cutting, patching or otherwise altering any work, or by excavation. The Contractor shall not cut or otherwise alter the work of the State or any separate contractor except with the written consent of the State and of such separate contractor. The Contractor shall not unreasonably withhold from the State or any separate contractor his consent to cutting or otherwise altering the Work.
