Common use of TOOL ALLOWANCE FUND Clause in Contracts

TOOL ALLOWANCE FUND. The Employer shall make contributions at the rate of six cents ($0.06) per hour worked for each Employee covered by this Agreement to the Tool Allowance Fund. Effective April 01, 2019 the Employer contribution to the to the Tool Allowance Fund will be converted to an Employee deduction. Refer to Article 16.02 (b) for details.
