Tools and Test instruments. The contractor shall provide necessary tools and test instruments to their Service Engineers for the purpose of servicing. The Contractor shall be responsible for installing Antivirus Software and checking virus and virus removal in each Computer. The Antivirus Software will be provided by OSFC. The contractor shall be responsible for satisfactory performance of existing software including Operating System software. If required, the operating System shall be reloaded and ensure to make the system/equipment/network fully functional. The parts to be replaced in place of any defective one will be of working one with same capacity or higher. In case of inclusion / deletion of computer equipments for maintenance, the actual charges will be paid on pro-rata basis from the billing cycle in which the equipment was included / deleted. Maintenance of LAN includes crimping of cable ends and testing for connectivity.

  • Testing/Trouble Reporting 1.15.1 TWTC will be responsible for testing and isolating troubles on Network Elements. TWTC must test and isolate trouble to the AT&T network before reporting the trouble to the Network Elements Customer Wholesale Interconnection Network Services (CWINS) Center.
