Tools that an Employer is Required to Furnish. The Employer shall furnish all power operated tools, machinery and equipment, pop-rivet guns, dry-wall squares, Whitney punches, metric tools, dial indicators, micrometer over one inch (l"), precision levels over eight inches (8"), adjustable wrenches over twelve inches (12"), sockets over one-half inch (1/2") drive, open-end or box wrenches over one and one-eight inches (1 1/8"), taps, dies, and reamers. The Employer shall replace all expendable tools such as drill bits, taps, hack-saw blades, files, hammer handles, etc. that are worn out or broken on the job that an Employee may use in the performance ofhis duties.
