Heavy duty mechanics shall furnish their own tools, but shall not be required to furnish special tools as follows: Air or electric wrenches, gear and bearing pullers, electric drills, reamers, taps, and dies, Oxyacetylene hoses, gauges, torches and tips, 36” pipe wrenches, socket wrench drives over ¾”, wrenches over 2”, coffin hoists and hydraulic jacks.
