Total Assets Ratio Sample Clauses

Total Assets Ratio. Based on the total assets at year end for the preceding year, the numerator of which is for an operating company or affected affiliate company and the denominator of which is for all operating companies and affected affiliate companies. This ratio will be determined annually, or at such time as may be required due to significant changes. In the event of joint ownership of a specific asset, asset ownership percentages will be utilized to assign costs.

Total Assets Ratio. A ratio based on the total assets. This ratio will be determined annually based on the actual total assets at the end of the previous fiscal year and may be adjusted for any known and reasonably quantifiable events, or at such time as may be required due to significant changes.
Total Assets Ratio. A ratio, based on the sum of the total assets at the end of each month for the immediately preceding twelve consecutive calendar months, the numerator of which is for a Client Company and the denominator of which is for all Client Companies (and Interstate Energy Corporation's non-utility and non-domestic utility affiliates for which the Service Company provides services, where applicable).

  • Consolidated Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio Permit the Consolidated Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio as of the end of any Measurement Period ending as of the end of any fiscal quarter of the Borrower to be less than 1.25 to 1.00.

  • Minimum Consolidated Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio The Consolidated Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio shall not be less than 1.50 to 1.00, determined based on information for the most recent fiscal quarter annualized.

  • Total Leverage Ratio The Borrowers will not permit the Total Leverage Ratio on the last day of any fiscal quarter to exceed 3.75 to 1.00.
