Total Transmission Congestion Charges. The total Transmission Congestion Charges collected by the Office of the Interconnection each hour will be the sum of the amounts determined as specified in this Schedule. The Office of the Interconnection shall collect Transmission Congestion Charges for each hour the transmission system operates under constrained conditions.
