Painting All exterior surfaces and materials requiring paint shall be prime coated plus 2 coats of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Pro-Mar alkyd flat exterior finish, or Xxxxxxx-Xxxxxxxx SWP exterior gloss paint.
10.1 Wall Corner Guards: Provide clear plastic guards up to 60” AFF on all outside corners to protect vinyl wall covering.
Interior The insurance covers personal property normally contained in the vehicle and belonging to the owner of the vehicle or a member of his or her household. The insurance covers loss of, and damage to, the property if the damage occurs in connection with: - a compensable fire, theft, or vehicle damage - a sudden and unforeseen external event - theft by the renter - damage in connection with a traffic accident. The insurance does not apply to: - theft-prone property - cash and valuables - property belonging to the renter. - Personal movables must be kept locked in the vehicle. If the requirements are not met, the compensation may be reduced, or the deductible increased. See section
Moonlighting Employment as a physician in a professional capacity outside of what is outlined in this Agreement, whether temporary special medical activity (“TSMA”) or external moonlighting, must be approved in writing, in advance, by the Departmental Chair, Program Director and Director of Graduate Medical Education (or designee). Even if approved, professional and general liability insurance as outlined in Section 5.4 is not provided to Trainee engaged in external moonlighting. Trainee acknowledges he or she has the responsibility to obtain insurance for such engagement. TSMA and external moonlighting must be included and reported as part of Trainee's hours spent on clinical experience and education. Trainee shall not be required to engage in any outside work.
Windows a. Front and rear windshield per California Vehicle Code § 26710.
b. Safety glass shall be in all windows.
c. Windows shall be operational as originally designed.
d. No window tinting on windshield or front side windows per California Vehicle Code § 26708. Any tinting applied to the rear side or rear windows must be light enough to allow any passengers to be viewed from the outside.
Decoration 4.5.1 To clean, prepare and paint or treat and generally redecorate all internal parts of the Property in the last year of the Term;
4.5.2 All the work described in Clause 4.5.1 is to be carried out:
(i) in a good and workmanlike manner to the Landlord’s reasonable satisfaction; and

Decorations The only acceptable form of affixing items to walls is the use of white sticky tack, and must be removed by the Resident prior to move out, or be subject to removal charges. Spikes, hooks, screws, tacks or nails or any permanent adhesion type tape shall not be put into or on the walls or woodwork, ceilings, furnishings, doors or windows of any part of the Residence. Residents may not decorate the outside of their room door unless for special occasions approved by the Manager. Strings of indoor lights should not be in direct contact with any flammable materials and should not be left on while the room is unattended.
