Common use of Town Representative Clause in Contracts

Town Representative. The Town assigns Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, as the Town Representative for this Agreement. The Town Representative will monitor the Contractor’s progress and performance under this Agreement and shall be available to the Contractor to respond to questions, assist in understanding Town policies, procedures, and practices, and supervise the performance of any Town obligations under this Agreement.
