Trace and Access the costs incurred with the consent of the Company to detect the point of escape of substances, which has caused or may reasonably be expected to cause damage to property insured.

Trace and Access. In the event of damage that is insured by this section, we will cover the costs necessarily and reasonably incurred in locating the source of any escape of water from any fixed water services, heating installation or fuel oil, including the repair to walls, floors or ceilings necessary as a direct result of the location work, except that we will not be liable for the cost of repairs to any fixed water services or heating installation.

Trace and Access. The Company agrees to include costs necessarily incurred in locating the source of any escape of: (a) water from any fixed water services or heating installation; (b) fuel oil used for domestic purpose only; including subsequent making good of damage caused as a consequence. The amount payable shall not exceed the Inner Limit of Indemnity stated in the Schedule.

Trace and Access. In the event of DAMAGE resulting from or expected to result from escape of water from any fixed water services or heating installation or escape of fuel oil as covered by this policy, the underwriter will pay the costs necessarily and reasonably incurred in locating the source of such resulting or expected DAMAGE and subsequently making good DAMAGE caused in consequence of locating such source, provided that the liability of the underwriter shall not exceed GBP10,000 any one occurrence.
