Common use of Track Progress of Contractor Clause in Contracts

Track Progress of Contractor. If providing Construction Manager and/or Field Representative Services, the CONSULTANT shall track the progress of the Contractor(s) and submit a written report to the CITY, at the 30%, 60% and 90% stages of the construction (as identified by the Contractor(s) original approved schedule) or as defined in the Services Authorization, documenting the progress of the Contractor relative to the original approved Schedule.
