If possible, Gateway Technical College will provide UW-Parkside Admissions with the names of students planning to complete the articulation agreement with the intent to transfer to UW-Parkside. This will allow UW-Parkside to plan for the admission, advising and orientation of these transfer students. Gateway also desires to track the use of articulation agreements by students. If possible, UW-Parkside will provide on an annual basis information about who matriculated to UW-Parkside.
Tracking of Use. To track the use of this articulation agreement by students, Lakeland and MSTC will share aggregate pre-enrollment and registration data of the numbers of students pursuing the pre-major pathway.

User understands that any action User takes in the EMR system may be tagged with User’s unique identifier as established in User’s profile, and such actions may be traced back to User.

In order to evaluate and improve the functionality, reliability, performance, maintenance of and support for the Software and in order to verify whether the Software is used with a valid license and in accordance with the Agreement, Hexagon may track and evaluate the Customer's and its Users' use of the Software, including by collecting geospatial information. Hexagon may use such usage data for any purpose it deems fit in anonymized form. What usage data is collected by Hexagon depends on the functionality of the Software as further specified in the Documentation.
