Valid license definition

Valid license means a license or temporary emergency license to carry a concealed handgun that has been issued under section 2923.125 or 2923.1213 of the Revised Code, that is currently valid, that is not under a suspension under division (A)(1) of section 2923.128 or under section 2923.1213 of the Revised Code, and that has not been revoked under division (B)(1) of section 2923.128 or under section 2923.1213 of the Revised Code.
Valid license means a liquor license that has been issued in accordance with HRS and has not been cancelled or revoked.
