Trade and Advertising Practices. OLYMPUS shall not engage in any unfair trade practices or make any false or misleading statements or representations in its advertising, printed material, or otherwise with respect to the Products, VENDOR and/or the VENDOR's Intellectual Property. OLYMPUS shall, at its cost, correct or change any materially objectionable false or misleading statements or representations made by OLYMPUS. If OLYMPUS advertises the Products, such advertising shall be in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws and regulations of the particular area of the Territory.

Trade and Advertising Practices. XXXXXX agrees that it shall not engage in any unfair trade practices or make any false or misleading statements or representations in its advertising, printed material, or otherwise with respect to RAICHEM and/or the PRODUCTs and/or any trademark and/or any other proprietary property of RAICHEM. XXXXXX, at XXXXXX'x cost, agrees to correct and/or change any such statements which RAICHEM considers materially objectionable. If XXXXXX advertises the PRODUCTs, such advertising shall be in compliance with all applicable state, federal and international laws and regulations.
Trade and Advertising Practices. DISTRIBUTOR agrees that it shall not engage in any unfair trade practices or make any false or misleading statements or representations in its advertising, printed material, or otherwise with respect to HEMAGEN and/or the PRODUCTs and/or any trademark and/or any other proprietary property of HEMAGEN. DISTRIBUTOR, at DISTRIBUTOR's cost, agrees to correct and/or change any such statements which HEMAGEN considers materially objectionable. If DISTRIBUTOR advertises the PRODUCTs, such advertising shall be in compliance with all applicable state, federal and international laws and regulations.

  • SIGNS AND ADVERTISING Tenant may, at its own expense, install and operate necessary and appropriate identification signs on the Premises, subject to the approval of Director and the requirements of the TI Guide, including but not limited to, the approval of the number, size, height, location, color and general type and design. Such approval shall be subject to revocation by Director at any time. Without express written consent of Director, Tenant shall not display any advertising, promotional, or informational pamphlets, circulars, brochures or similar materials.

  • Publicity and Advertising Executive agrees that the Company may use his name, picture, or likeness for any advertising, publicity or other business purpose at any time, during the term of this Agreement and may continue to use materials generated during the term of this Agreement for a period of six (6) months thereafter.   • Alcohol and Drug-Free Workplace City reserves the right to deny access to, or require Contractor to remove from, City facilities personnel of any Contractor or subcontractor who City has reasonable grounds to believe has engaged in alcohol abuse or illegal drug activity which in any way impairs City's ability to maintain safe work facilities or to protect the health and well-being of City employees and the general public. City shall have the right of final approval for the entry or re-entry of any such person previously denied access to, or removed from, City facilities. Illegal drug activity means possessing, furnishing, selling, offering, purchasing, using or being under the influence of illegal drugs or other controlled substances for which the individual lacks a valid prescription. Alcohol abuse means possessing, furnishing, selling, offering, or using alcoholic beverages, or being under the influence of alcohol.

  • Patient Information Each Party agrees to abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and orders of all applicable supranational, national, federal, state, provincial, and local governmental entities concerning the confidentiality or protection of patient identifiable information and/or patients’ protected health information, as defined by any other applicable legislation in the course of their performance under this Agreement.
