Common use of Trade and market development Clause in Contracts

Trade and market development. 1. The Parties shall encourage trade and investment in Community and Ukraine satellite navigation infrastructure, equipment, GALILEO local elements and applications. 2. To this end the Parties shall raise the level of public awareness concerning the GALILEO satellite navigation activities, identify potential barriers to growth in GNSS applications and take appropriate measures to facilitate this growth. 3. To identify and respond effectively to user needs the Community and Ukraine shall consider establishing an open GNSS user forum.
