Common use of TRADING FEES Clause in Contracts

TRADING FEES. For all of the services rendered with respect to the Allocated Portion as herein provided, the Adviser shall pay to the Trader an annualized fee, based on the Current Net Assets (as defined below) of the Allocated Portion, as set forth in Schedule A attached hereto and made a part hereof.
