TRADING FEES. For all of the services rendered under this Agreement with respect to the Allocated Portion as herein provided, the Adviser shall pay to the Trading Advisor an annualized fee pursuant to the Sub-Advisory Agreement dated as of May 23, 2023, by and between the Adviser and the Trading Adviser. No additional fees shall be payable to the Trading Advisor for the services provider under this Agreement.
