Trading Information. Upon the Company’s request, the Investor agrees to provide the Company with trading reports setting forth the number and average sales prices of shares of Common Stock sold by the Investor during the prior trading week.
Trading Information. Upon the Company’s request, the Buyer agrees to provide the Company with trading reports setting forth the number and average sales prices of Conversion Shares sold the Buyer during the prior trading week.
Trading Information. On the first Trading Day of each week (provided the Investor sold any shares during the prior week) and otherwise upon the Company’s reasonable request, the Investor agrees to provide the Company with trading reports setting forth the number and average sales prices of shares of Common Shares sold by the Investor during the prior trading week.
Trading Information. On a weekly basis, the Buyer agrees to provide the Company with trading reports setting forth the number and average sales prices of Conversion Shares sold the Buyer during the prior trading week.
Trading Information. During the Commitment Period, on each Trading Day during a Pricing Period or on which the Investor has sold any Advance Shares, and otherwise upon the Company’s reasonable request, the Investor agrees to provide the Company with trading reports setting forth the number and average sales prices of shares of Common Shares sold by the Investor during such Trading Day.
Trading Information. Without prejudice to any of the Supplier’s specific obligations under this Framework Agreement the Supplier will, if it has concerns regarding the amount of electricity in respect of which prices are being fixed or unfixed by the Authority, raise such concerns with the Authority as soon as is reasonably practicable. Where the Authority so requests the Supplier shall ensure that the Authority is granted access to broker screens and subscription to any of the price reports of the Index Publishers.
