(Applicable to all City Projects within Limited Access Areas and/or City Projects within Managed Access Areas involving WSDOT maintained Traffic Signals, Freeway Ramps, or Ferry Traffic. During the construction and/or maintenance of this facility, the Agency shall submit Traffic Control Plans to WSDOT for Review and Approval at least ten (10) days in advance of the time that signing and other traffic control devices will be required.
