Traffic Signal Technician. Traffic Signal Technicians who possess a valid general journey level electrician's license shall be eligible for a premium incentive of 10% of base pay for hours worked when assigned in writing to perform the duties that require a general journey level electrician's license. Hours worked under this assignment shall be recorded as such on the department work order form.
