TRAFFICKING VICTIM PROTECTION ACT OF 2000. To implement requirements of Section 106 of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000, as amended, the following provisions apply to this award:
TRAFFICKING VICTIM PROTECTION ACT OF 2000. Section 106 Prohibition statement for Recipients who are private entities: You as the Recipient, your employees, sub-recipients and sub-recipients’ employees may not engage in severe forms of trafficking in persons during the period that this Agreement is in effect; procure a commercial sex act during the period of time that this Agreement is in effect; or use forced labor in the performance of the Grant or sub-grants.
TRAFFICKING VICTIM PROTECTION ACT OF 2000. The Contractor, Contractor’s employees, and any subcontractor and subcontractor’s employees, must not engage in any form of trafficking in persons, procure a commercial sex act, or use forced labor in the performance of services under this Contract or subcontract at any time during the period the Contract or subcontract is in effect.
