TRAFFICKING VICTIM PROTECTION ACT OF 2000. Section 106 Prohibition statement for Recipients who are private entities: You as the Recipient, your employees, sub-recipients and sub-recipients’ employees may not engage in severe forms of trafficking in persons during the period that this Agreement is in effect; procure a commercial sex act during the period of time that this Agreement is in effect; or use forced labor in the performance of the Grant or sub-grants.
