Common use of Train Operations Clause in Contracts

Train Operations. This step may be bypassed, in which case, the provisions of Step 1 will apply provided that the grievance will be presented to the immediate Supervisor in the manner prescribed by Step 1 within thirty (30) days from the day that the circumstances that gave rise to the complaint became known or ought to have become known to the employee.
