Common use of Training and Exercise Clause in Contracts

Training and Exercise. The Subrecipient agrees that any grant funds used for training and exercise must be in compliance with the applicable NOFO. All training must be included and approved in your application and/or approved through the DEMA/AZDOHS training request process prior to execution of training contract(s). All exercises must utilize and comply with the FEMA Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) guidance for exercise design, development, conduct, evaluation and reporting.
