Training Courses. TRANSPORTATION (Additional Provisions) (b) When an employee is required by the Employer to attend a course of training for a period of 4 or more days, the employee will be reassigned without penalty to the 8 hour day and 5 day week. (c) When an employee is required by the Employer to attend a course of training for a period of 3 or less days, the employee will continue to work the 10 hour day.
