Training Courses. 28.1 The Corporation shall notify all employees in an applicable work unit by posting where appropriate as soon as reasonably possible of all pertinent training courses, whether they are provided in-house or by an outside agency. Once initiated, employees shall be permitted to complete the full training program. Training courses will then be available to employees on a rotational basis in order of seniority. 28.1.1 Employees interested in participating in the training shall submit a written expression of interest to their immediate supervisor with respect to each training opportunity. 28.1.2 This is not intended to preclude personal development. 28.2 When a number of equally qualified persons apply, the qualified applicant(s) with the most seniority will take the course.
