Training of Computershare Personnel. Computershare shall at least annually supply all Computershare Personnel with appropriate ongoing training regarding Computershare’s Processes, including, without limitation, procedures to ensure all Computershare Personnel promptly report Incidents and suspected security breach incidents. Such training shall be provided within one (1) month of Computershare Personnel being engaged in the provision of Services or prior to Computershare Personnel being given access to Customer Confidential Information. Computershare shall be responsible for retaining documentation that annual training has been completed for each Computershare Personnel engaged in the provision of Services.
