Common use of TRAINING PROVIDED Clause in Contracts

TRAINING PROVIDED. In the event training programs are required by the Employer which are necessary for employees to qualify for a new position created as a result of changes to home care licensure and/or State regulations, the Employer agrees to provide training at the Employer’s expense, for employees who are offered and accept employment in the position. This Section 11.3 will not be construed to require the Employer to offer training to more employees than the Employer deems appropriate.
