Common use of TRAINING, SCHOLARSHIP AND SAFETY FUND Clause in Contracts

TRAINING, SCHOLARSHIP AND SAFETY FUND. 1. The Employer shall make contributions to a training and scholarship trust fund known as the “Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Training, Scholarship and Safety Fund” to cover employees covered by this Agreement who work more than two (2) days per week, with such benefits as may be determined by the Trustees. 2. Effective January 1, 2016, the rate of contribution to the Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Training, Scholarship and Safety Fund shall be $169.60 per year for each covered employee, payable when and how the Trustees determine.
