Common use of TRAINING, SCHOLARSHIP AND SAFETY FUND Clause in Contracts

TRAINING, SCHOLARSHIP AND SAFETY FUND. Section 20.1 The Employer shall make contributions to a trust fund known as the “Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Training, Scholarship and Safety Fund” to cover employees in Tier 1 Buildings as defined in Article 1 of this Agreement with such benefits as may be determined by the Trustees.

TRAINING, SCHOLARSHIP AND SAFETY FUND. Section 20.1 The Employer shall make contributions to a trust fund known as the “Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Training, Scholarship and Safety Fund” to cover employees who have been employed for more than ninety (90) days and are working in Tier 1 Buildings as defined in Article 1 of this Agreement with such benefits as may be determined by the Trustees. Contributions are not required on behalf of employees on layoff or leave of absence or in Tier 2 Buildings.
