Common use of Training Services Clause in Contracts

Training Services. 17.1. We will provide you with the allocated number of hours of online-based training set out in the Commercial Details in the use of the Licensed SDKs. 17.2. The start date of the Training Services will be determined by you and us. 17.3. If Training Services are to be provided on your premises, you will be responsible for all reasonable costs and expenses of our Personnel and all trainees in connection with travel to and attendance at the training, including with respect to accommodation, meals and transport (Expenses). You must reimburse us for all Expenses that we incur within twenty-eight (28) days of the date of any invoice we issue to you for any Expenses.
