Training, Travel, and Flexible Funding. Training and Travel Upon approval by the assigned State’s Blueprint Assistant Director, the Grantee shall coordinate training, consultation, and out-of-HSA travel expenses for project management, community health team staff, CHT extenders, practice facilitation, community-based self-management programs, and Blueprint primary care practices. The funds are not intended to cover travel expenses within an HSA. These activities will include support for local learning collaboratives and speaker’s fees, travel to statewide meetings, and registration fees for training events. Funds are intended to support Blueprint activities generally and can be accessed for training and travel for Grantee staff or staff of other organizations and agencies within the HSA. Expenses must be in compliance with State of Vermont Administrative Bulletin 3.4.
