Training Trust Fund. Section 1. On work covered by this Agreement, the Employer agrees to pay into the Indiana Laborers Training Trust Fund the amount in cents per hour as shown in Article Section 2. The Employer agrees to be bound by the Agreement and Declaration of Trust entered into and dated April 1, 1968, establishing the Indiana Laborers Training Trust Fund and Participating Employers and by any amendments to said Trust Agreement. Section 3. The Indiana Laborers Training Trust Fund shall be administered in accordance with all provisions of applicable law.
