Transaction based on Manifest Error. In the event a Transaction is based on a Manifest Error (regardless of whether you or we gain from the error) we reserve the right, without prior notice, and as soon as reasonably practicable after we become aware of the Manifest Error to: amend the details of such Transaction to reflect what we consider in our discretion, acting in good faith, to be correct or fair terms of such Transaction absent of such Manifest Error(s); in the event you do not promptly agree to any amendment under Section 7.8.1 herein we may void from its inception any Transaction resulting from or deriving from a Manifest Error; and/or refrain from taking any action at all to amend the details of such Transaction or void such Transaction.

  • Reports of unusual occurrence The Contractor shall, during the Maintenance Period, prior to the close of each day, send to the Authority and the Authority’s Engineer, by facsimile or e- mail, a report stating accidents and unusual occurrences on the Project Highway relating to the safety and security of the Users and Project Highway. A monthly summary of such reports shall also be sent within 3 (three) business days of the closing of month. For the purposes of this Clause 15.4, accidents and unusual occurrences on the Project Highway shall include:
