Leave of Absence for Employees Who Serve as Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association An employee who serves as Local Coordinator for the Ontario Nurses' Association shall be granted leave of absence without pay up to a total of thirty-five (35) days annually. Leave of absence for Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association will be separate from the Union leave provided in (a) above.
BUY AMERICA ACT (National School Lunch Program and Breakfast Program With respect to products purchased by Customers for use in the National School Lunch Program and/or National School Breakfast Program, Contractor shall comply with all federal procurement laws and regulations with respect to such programs, including the Buy American provisions set forth in 7 C.F.R. Part 210.21(d), to the extent applicable. Contractor agrees to provide all certifications required by Customer regarding such programs. In the event Contractor or Contractor’s supplier(s) are unable or unwilling to certify compliance with the Buy American Provision, or the applicability of an exception to the Buy American provision, H-GAC Customers may decide not to purchase from Contractor. Additionally, H-GAC Customers may require country of origin on all products and invoices submitted for payment by Contractor, and Contractor agrees to comply with any such requirement.

Transactions involving your savings and checking accounts will be subject to the terms of your Membership and Account Agreement. Indiana Veteran Owned Small Business Enterprise Compliance Award of this Contract was based, in part, on the Indiana Veteran Owned Small Business Enterprise (“IVOSB”) participation plan, as detailed in the IVOSB Subcontractor Commitment Form, commonly referred to as “Attachment A-1” in the procurement documentation and incorporated by reference herein. Therefore, any changes to this information during the Contract term must be approved by IDOA’s IVOSB Division (“IVOSB Division”) and may require an amendment. It is the State’s expectation that the Contractor will meet the subcontractor commitments during the Contract term. The Contractor may also be required to report IVOSB certified subcontractor payments directly to the IVOSB Division, as reasonably requested and in the format required by the IVOSB Division. The Contractor’s failure to comply with the provisions in this clause may be considered a material breach of the Contract.
Certification for Federal-Aid Contracts Lobbying Activities A. Inactive and Dormant Client Accounts 18.1. If the Client Account is inactive for three (3) months or more (i.e. there is no trading, no open positions, no withdrawals or deposits), it will be charged a monthly maintenance fee. The fee will equal 10 units of the account currency and will be charged on the first day of the month following the three (3) months of inactivity.
