Transcript Ownership. 1) Requesting Agency ordering services under this Agreement maintain ownership of any transcripts prepared under this Agreement. Any transfer or sale of transcripts is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of the Requesting Agency. This requirement does not apply to Category 2 – Depositions.

  • Medical Examination Where the Employer requires an employee to submit to a medical examination or medical interview, it shall be at the Employer's expense and on the Employer's time.

  • Receipt of Documents The Investor and its counsel has received and read in their entirety: (i) this Agreement and the Exhibits annexed hereto; (ii) all due diligence and other information necessary to verify the accuracy and completeness of such representations, warranties and covenants; (iii) the Company's Form 10-KSB for the year ended year ended December 31, 2003 and Form 10-QSB for the period ended September 30, 2003 and (iv) answers to all questions the Investor submitted to the Company regarding an investment in the Company; and the Investor has relied on the information contained therein and has not been furnished any other documents, literature, memorandum or prospectus.

  • Pueblo scholarship This articulation transfer agreement replaces all previous agreements between ACC and CSU-Pueblo in Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. This agreement will be reviewed annually and revised (if necessary) as mutually agreed.

  • Ownership Ownership of the Deposits during the effective term of the Registry Agreement shall remain with Registry Operator at all times.   • Medical Examinations An employee may be required by the Employer, at the request of and at the expense of the Employer, to take a medical examination by a physician of the employee's choice. Employees may be required to take skin tests, x-ray examination, vaccination, inoculation and other immunization (with the exception of a rubella vaccination when the employee is of the opinion that a pregnancy is possible), unless the employee's physician has advised in writing that such a procedure may have an adverse affect on the employee's health.
