TRANSFER & DUTY. 10.1 The purchaser must prepare and deliver to the vendor at least 7 days before the due date for settlement any paper transfer of land document which is necessary for this transaction. The delivery of the transfer of land document is not acceptance of title.
10.2 The vendor must promptly initiate the Duties on Line or other form required by the State Revenue Office in respect of this transaction, and both parties must co-operate to complete it as soon as practicable.
TRANSFER & DUTY. If the sale is subject to transfer duty, then the Purchaser shall pay the amount of duty required, by the time required, at such place or places as the Queensland Revenue Office (QRO) may designate.
TRANSFER & DUTY. 14.1.1 The Buyer must bear and is responsible for any and all transfer duty on or in respect of this Agreement, the instruments of transfer under this Agreement, and any instrument or transaction contemplated by or ancillary to this Agreement.
TRANSFER & DUTY. 4.1 The Seller warrants that it is not registered as a vendor under the VAT Act.
4.2 The Purchaser will pay the transfer duty that is payable on the transfer of the Property.
TRANSFER & DUTY. Novo Resources shall pay any transfer duty assessed on this Agreement and any transactions contemplated from or arising from this Agreement.
TRANSFER & DUTY. The Subscriber agrees to pay any transfer or other duty (including fines and penalties) chargeable, payable or assessed in relation to this Agreement and the issue of the Subscription Securities to the Subscriber.
