Transfer of accumulated. sick leave from other school systems shall be made in accordance with Indiana law. Such qualified sick leave days shall be transferred at the rate of three (3) days per year beginning with the teacher’s second year in the School Corporation and shall continue until all qualified sick leave days have been transferred.
