Transfer of Contractor Resources. The Contractor must, if directed by the State, promptly on the termination or expiry of the Operation Period, transfer and deliver the Contractor Resources, or that part of them as the State may require, to the State or the State's nominee (including the Successor Operator), free from encumbrances, in that state of repair and condition that is in accordance with the Contractor’s Obligations.
