Common use of Transfer of Employees Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Employees. a. If an employee is transferred to a position under the Employer not included in the unit and is thereafter transferred again to a position in the unit, he/she shall have accumulated seniority to a maximum of two (2) years while working in the position to which he/she was transferred. Employees transferred under the above circumstances shall retain all rights accrued for the purpose of any benefits provided for in this Agreement.

Transfer of Employees. a. A. If an employee is transferred transfers to a position under the Employer not included in the bargaining unit and is thereafter transferred again thereafter, within sixty (60) working days, transfers back to a position in within the bargaining unit, he/she shall have accumulated seniority to a maximum of two (2) years while working in the position to which he/she was transferred. Employees transferred transferring under the above circumstances shall retain all rights accrued for the purpose of any benefits provided for in this Agreement.

Transfer of Employees. a. If an employee is transferred transfers to a position under the Employer employer, not included in the unit bargaining unit, and is thereafter transferred again therefore, within six (6) months transfers back to a position in within the bargaining unit, he/she he shall have accumulated seniority to a maximum of two (2) years while working in the position to which he/she was he transferred. Employees transferred transferring under the above circumstances shall retain all rights accrued for the purpose of any benefits provided for in this Agreementagreement. It is expressly understood that after six (6) months, the employee who transferred shall not displace a presently employed bargaining unit member except to exercise seniority rights in case of layoff.

Employees transferred transferring under the above circumstances shall retain all rights accrued for the purpose of any benefits provided for in this Agreement. Any employees remaining in a non-bargaining unit position after six (6) months shall lose all seniority rights.

Transfer of Employees. a. 19.1: If an employee is transferred to a position under the Employer not included in the bargaining unit and is thereafter transferred again to a position in within the unit, he/she shall have accumulated total seniority to a maximum of two (2) years while working in the position to from which he/she was transferred. Employees An employee transferred under the above circumstances shall retain all rights accrued for the purpose of any benefits provided for in this Agreement, except, if transferred for a period of over six (6) months, he/she shall lose departmental seniority.

Transfer of Employees. a. If an employee is transferred to a position under the Employer not included in the unit and within ninety (90) calendar days is thereafter transferred again to a position in within the unit, he/she the employee shall have accumulated seniority to a maximum of two (2) years while working in the position to which he/she the employee was transferred. Employees transferred under the above circumstances shall retain all rights accrued for the purpose of any benefits provided for in this Agreement.
