TRANSFER OF JOB BENEFITS. Any employee who has been an employee of another district for a period of one calendar year or more, and who terminates such employment for the sole purpose of accepting a position in another school district, and who subsequently accepts, within thirty (30) days of termination of their former employment, such position shall have transferred with them to the Napa Valley Community College District the total amount of earned leave of absence for illness or injury to which they are entitled.
