Transfer of Regular Employees. Staff Reduction and Recall Procedure- PWU Agreement - Article 11 No moving expenses will be paid for an employee being recalled to a vacancy. Recall shall include employees who are reclassified from a lower classification to their original classification as well as employees who have terminated employment and are recalled.
