Transfer of shop stewards. Transfer of shop stewards shall take place only when necessary for operational purposes. Before a change is implemented the shop xxxxxxx concerned and the union shall be informed of the change and the reasons for the change. In the event of permanent transfer, the shop xxxxxxx in question and the union shall be informed of this change and the reason for it, no less than four weeks prior to transfer, in order that any disagreement may be entered in the record of proceedings and be discussed with Industri Energi.
