Transfer Return Rights. An employee who is transferred by the Company from one 15 of the units described in Article 1 to another, and at the time of such transfer is accorded return 16 rights by the Company in writing, will not be laid off while assigned at such other unit, but will 17 be transferred back to the original unit in accordance with the return rights previously accorded 18 by the Company.
