Transfer Rights. 1. In the event a District program (Even Start, ISP, Deaf and Hard of Hearing, Autism, etc.) is relocated from one school site to another, the licensed employee assigned to that program shall have the option of remaining with the program and transferring to the new location, provided the following conditions are met:
