Transfer to a Lower Paying Classification. An employee who is the successful applicant to a job posting, and as a result is transferred to a lower paying classification within the bargaining unit will be placed in the range of the lower paying classification immediately below the wage rate he/she was receiving in his/her previous classification.
Transfer to a Lower Paying Classification. An employee temporarily required to perform work in a lower classification for the convenience of the Hospital and not as a result of lack of work, will receive his or her existing rate at the time of such transfer for the duration of the said temporary transfer.
Transfer to a Lower Paying Classification. When an employee is transferred to a lower paying classification, such employee shall be placed in an experience grade in his new classification which is closest to his previous salary rate. The date of the move to the new classification shall become the anniversary date for the application of the salary progression.
Transfer to a Lower Paying Classification. Upon successful completion of a trial period as in Clause 9.05 (Job Posting) in the classification to which the employee has transferred, the employee will be paid the wage on the grid that reflects the employee’s years of service.
Transfer to a Lower Paying Classification. When an employee is transferred temporarily a job carrying a lower rate of pay, shall continue to receive the rate of pay for own job.
Transfer to a Lower Paying Classification. If the transfer is requested by the Hospital, the employee shall suffer no loss of pay by reason of the transfer except that if the employee is incompetent to perform the duties of his present position, the Hospital reserves the right to offer such employee a position suited to his abilities at a rate of pay which falls within the bracket established for the position offered.
