Common use of Transfer to Lower Duties Clause in Contracts

Transfer to Lower Duties. The Employee may be transferred, temporarily or permanently, to a lower Classification Level than that at which the Employee is usually employed where the Company does not require the Employee to work at the higher Level for that period of time. In this event, the Employee shall be paid in accordance with the Classification Level to which they have been transferred.
