Duty Period The duty period for a college professor appointed to a six month part-time continuing appointment pursuant to clause 13.6 shall be six months less such time as is specified for vacation in this Agreement.
Break Periods The parties agree that the paid rest period contemplated by Article 16(e) shall be taken during times that will not interfere with the operation of the Strong Start Centre.
Warranty Periods All warranties begin to run from the date Material Completion is achieved.
Lunch and Break Periods 280. At the request of the Union or the City, City departments will meet and confer regarding the scheduling of break and lunch periods for unit members. Existing departmental practices with respect to break and lunch periods shall continue unless modified after the conclusion of the meet and confer process. Rotating Days Off
Meal Periods (a) Meal periods shall be scheduled as closely as possible to the middle of the workday. The length of the meal period shall be not less than thirty (30) minutes and not more than sixty (60) minutes.
Reporting periods The action is divided into the following reporting periods: - Reporting period 1: from month 1 to month [X][ - Reporting period 2: from month [X+1] to month [Y]][ - Reporting period 3: from month [Y+1] to month [Z]][ - Reporting period 4: from month [Z+1] to month [the last month of the action]]
Break Period All employees shall be permitted a fifteen (15) minute rest period both in the first half and the second half of a shift of more than six (6) hours duration. If the shift is six (6) hours or less but more than two (2) hours duration one break period is permitted.
