Common use of Transfer to Lower Paid Duties Clause in Contracts

Transfer to Lower Paid Duties. Where an Employee is transferred to lower paid duties for reasons set out in clause 7.1(a), the Employee shall be entitled to the same period of notice of transfer as the Employee would have been entitled to if the Employee’s employment had been terminated, and the Employer may at the Employer’s option make payment in lieu thereof of an amount equal to the difference between the former ordinary time rate of pay and the new ordinary time rate for the number of weeks of notice still owing.

Transfer to Lower Paid Duties. Transfer to Lower Paid Duties. Where an Employee employee is transferred to lower paid duties for reasons as set out in clause 7.1(a)31 above, the Employee employee shall be entitled to the same period of notice of transfer as the Employee they would have been entitled to if the Employee’s employment they had been terminated, and the Employer Company may at the Employer’s option make payment in lieu thereof of an amount equal to the difference between the former ordinary time rate of pay and the new lower ordinary time rate rates for the number of weeks of notice still owing.

Where an Employee employee is transferred to lower paid duties for reasons set out in clause 7.1(a)subparagraph subclause B(i) of this clause, the Employee employee shall be entitled to the same period of notice of transfer as the Employee employee would have been entitled to if the Employee’s employee's employment had been terminated, and the Employer employer may at the Employer’s employer's option make payment in lieu thereof of an amount equal to the difference between the former ordinary time rate of pay and the new ordinary time rate for the number of weeks of notice still owing.

Where an Employee is transferred to lower paid duties for reasons set out in clause 7.1(a)Clause 29.1, the Employee shall be entitled to the same period of notice of transfer as the Employee he/she would have been entitled to if the Employee’s his/her employment had been terminated, and the Employer RFDS may at the Employer’s option its discretion make a payment in lieu thereof thereof, of an amount equal to the difference between the former ordinary time rate of pay and the new lower ordinary time rate for the number of weeks of notice still owing.

Where an Employee employee is transferred to lower paid duties for reasons set out in clause 7.1(a)paragraph 24.2.1 (a) of this clause, the Employee employee shall be entitled to the same period of notice of transfer as the Employee employee would have been entitled to if the Employee’s employee's employment had has been terminated, and the Employer Company may at the Employer’s Company's option make payment in lieu thereof of an amount equal to the difference between the former ordinary time rate of pay and the new ordinary time rate rates for the number of weeks of notice still owing.

Transfer to Lower Paid Duties. Where an Employee is transferred to lower paid duties for reasons set out in clause 7.1(aparagraph 18.2(a), the Employee shall be entitled to the same period of notice of transfer as the Employee would have been entitled to if the Employee’s Employee employment had been terminated, and the Employer may at the Employer’s option make payment in lieu thereof of an amount equal to the difference between the former ordinary time rate of pay and the new ordinary time rate of pay for the number of weeks of notice still owing.

Where an Employee is transferred to lower paid duties for reasons set out in clause 7.1(a)31.1, the Employee shall be entitled to the same period of notice of transfer as the Employee he/she would have been entitled to if the Employee’s his/her employment had been terminated, and the Employer RFDS may at the Employer’s option its discretion make a payment in lieu thereof thereof, of an amount equal to the difference between the former ordinary time rate of pay Total Remuneration and the new ordinary time rate lower Total Remuneration for the number of weeks of notice still owing.

Where an Employee employee is transferred to lower paid duties for reasons set out in clause 7.1(a), 29 hereof the Employee employee shall be entitled to the same period of notice of transfer as the Employee he or she would have been entitled to if the Employee’s his or her employment had been terminated, and the Employer Company may at the EmployerCompany’s option option, make payment in lieu thereof of an amount equal to the difference between the former ordinary time rate of pay and the new lower ordinary time rate rates for the number of weeks of notice still owing.

Where an Employee is transferred to lower paid duties for reasons set out in clause 7.1(a), 34.1(a) hereof the Employee shall be entitled to the same period of notice of transfer as the Employee they would have been entitled to if the Employee’s their employment had been terminated, and the Employer Company may at the EmployerCompany’s option option, make payment in lieu thereof of an amount equal to the difference between the former ordinary time rate of pay and the new lower ordinary time rate rates for the number of weeks of notice still owing.

Transfer to Lower Paid Duties. Where an Employee employee is transferred to lower paid duties for reasons set out in clause 7.1(a), paragraph 5. 1.1.1 the Employee employee shall be entitled to the same period of notice of transfer as the Employee he or she would have been entitled to if the Employee’s his or her employment had been terminated, and the Employer employer may at the Employer’s option employer's option, make payment in lieu thereof of an amount equal to the difference between the former ordinary time rate of pay and the new lower ordinary time rate for the number of weeks of notice still owing.

Transfer to Lower Paid Duties. Where an Employee employee is transferred to lower paid duties for reasons set out in sub- clause 7.1(a), (a) hereof the Employee employee shall be entitled to the same period of notice of transfer as the Employee he/she would have been entitled to if the Employee’s his/her employment had been terminated, and the Employer employer may at the Employer’s employer's option make payment in lieu thereof of an amount equal to the difference between the former ordinary time rate of pay and the new lower ordinary time rate rates for the number of weeks of notice still owing.

Where an Employee is transferred to lower paid duties for reasons set out in clause 7.1(a)paragraph (a) of subclause (ii) above, the Employee shall be entitled to the same period of notice of transfer as the Employee would have been entitled to if the Employee’s 's employment had been terminated, and the Employer may Company may, at the Employer’s option Company's option, make payment in lieu thereof of an amount equal to the difference between the former ordinary time rate of pay and the new ordinary time rate rates for the number of weeks of notice still owing.

Transfer to Lower Paid Duties. Where an Employee is transferred to lower paid duties for the reasons set out in clause 7.1(a)55.1, the Employee shall be entitled to the same period of notice of transfer as the Employee would have been entitled to if the Employee’s 's employment had been terminated, and the Employer may at the Employer’s option make payment in lieu thereof of an amount equal to the difference between the former ordinary time rate of pay and the new ordinary time rate for the number of weeks of notice still owingterminated under clause 53.

Transfer to Lower Paid Duties. Where an Employee employee is transferred to lower paid duties for reasons set out in clause 7.1(a), 12. 1.1 the Employee employee shall be entitled to the same period of notice of transfer as the Employee they would have been entitled to if the Employee’s their employment had been terminated, and the Employer Company may at the EmployerCompany’s option option, make payment in lieu thereof of an amount equal to the difference between the former ordinary time rate of pay and the new lower ordinary time rate rates for the number of weeks of notice still owing.

Transfer to Lower Paid Duties. Where an Employee employee is transferred to lower paid duties for reasons set out in clause 7.1(a), the Employee shall be entitled to ‘operational reasons’ the same period of notice of transfer must be given as the Employee employee would have been entitled to if the Employee’s employment had been terminated, terminated and the Employer may at the Employer’s option option, make payment in lieu thereof of an amount equal to the difference between the former ordinary time rate of pay and the new ordinary time rate for the number of weeks of notice still owing.

Transfer to Lower Paid Duties. Where an Employee employee is transferred to lower paid duties with their agreement for reasons set out in clause 7.1(a)paragraph 11.6.1, the Employee employee shall be entitled to the same period of notice of transfer as the Employee he or she would have been entitled to if the Employee’s his or her employment had been terminated, and the Employer may employer may, at the Employer’s option its option, make payment in lieu thereof of an amount equal to the difference between the former ordinary time rate of pay and the new lower ordinary time rate rates for the number numb er of weeks of notice still owing.
