Common use of Transfer to Lower Paid Duties Clause in Contracts

Transfer to Lower Paid Duties. 55.4 Where an Employee is transferred to lower paid duties for the reasons set out in clause 55.1, the Employee shall be entitled to the same period of notice of transfer as the Employee would have been entitled to if the Employee's employment had been terminated under clause 53.

Transfer to Lower Paid Duties. 55.4 (a) Where an Employee employee is transferred to lower paid duties for the reasons set out in clause 55.1, 11.1 the Employee employee shall be entitled to the same period of notice of transfer as the Employee employee would have been entitled to if the Employeeemployee's employment had been terminated under clause 539.

Transfer to Lower Paid Duties. 55.4 Where an Employee employee is transferred to a lower paid duties rate of pay, for the reasons set out in clause 55.1any reason, the Employee employee shall be entitled to the same period of notice of transfer as the Employee would have been entitled to if the Employee's employment had been terminated under clause 534.11.2.

Transfer to Lower Paid Duties. 55.4 (a) Where an Employee employee is transferred to lower paid duties for the reasons set out in clause 55.1, 3.2.1 the Employee employee shall be entitled to the same period of notice of transfer as the Employee employee would have been entitled to if the Employeeemployee's employment had been terminated under clause 533.1.2.
