Transferring Brand Affiliate Accounts. ‌ You may not transfer your Brand Affiliate Account or any rights therein, unless you have received the prior written consent of the Company, which will not be unreasonably withheld. The Company will not consent to any proposed transfer if it determines that the proposed transfer is not substantive and is being done to avoid the requirements of these Policies and Procedures. The Company will not recognize any assignment, and the transferee will have no rights until the transfer has been approved by the Company. Any exceptions and waivers the Company has made to the Contract for the benefit of a Brand Affiliate Account will terminate upon the transfer unless otherwise provided in a written agreement by the Company.
