Transfers From Part-Time to Regular Employment. A part-time employee will be eligible for upgrading, and request for transfers to regular employment in accordance with Article 14.20, of Article 14. Seniority as referred to in Article 14.20 in the case of a part-time employee will be deemed to be the employee's seniority credits as set out in Item 5. Seniority Credits. If a part-time employee is transferred in accordance with the above provisions thereby putting him outside the scope of a part-time employee as set out in Item 1, Definition, and provided at the time of such transfer he had established seniority as defined in Item 5, Seniority Credits, then all of the provisions of the Agreement will apply.
