Transition Briefings Clause Samples

The Transition Briefings clause requires parties to conduct informational sessions or meetings to facilitate the smooth transfer of responsibilities, knowledge, or operations from one party to another. Typically, this involves the outgoing party providing detailed updates, documentation, and guidance to the incoming party or team, ensuring they are adequately prepared to assume their new roles. This clause is essential for minimizing disruptions and knowledge gaps during transitions, thereby ensuring continuity and effective handover in business operations or contractual relationships.
